Abstract

Pekerja daging di Meat Shop, khususnya pada level supervisor, berisiko tinggi mengalami gangguan muskuloskeletal akibat posisi berdiri dalam waktu lama, gerakan membungkuk yang berulang, serta tidak adanya jeda kerja yang terstruktur selama shift kerja 9–10 jam per hari. Kondisi ini berpotensi menimbulkan keluhan nyeri, terutama pada area punggung atas, yang jika dibiarkan dapat menurunkan produktivitas dan kualitas hidup pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi peregangan (stretching) serta pendampingan penerapan microbreak sebagai upaya pencegahan keluhan nyeri punggung atas pada pekerja daging. Intervensi dilaksanakan pada empat orang supervisor selama 6 hari, yaitu pada tanggal 9–14 Februari 2026, dengan menggunakan instrumen skrining Nordic Body Map (NBM) dan Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) untuk mengukur tingkat keluhan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya penurunan skor Nordic Body Map dari rentang 8–12 menjadi 5–6, serta skor NRS yang menurun menjadi 1 dari 10 pada seluruh responden. Seluruh responden pada akhir intervensi berada pada kategori risiko rendah
