Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan masalah kesehatan umum pada lansia yang berisiko menimbulkan komplikasi bila tidak dikelola dengan baik, terutama karena kurangnya pengetahuan tentang hipertensi pada kelompok ini. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Kedungrejo, wilayah kerja UOBF Puskesmas Gaji, untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia tentang hipertensi melalui edukasi interaktif. Sebanyak 30 lansia hipertensi dari dua Pos Lansia mengikuti pelatihan dengan pretest dan posttest menggunakan instrumen Hypertension Knowledge-Level Scale (HK-LS), disertai tiga tahap monitoring sebagai penguatan dan tindak lanjut. Monitoring I mengevaluasi pemahaman awal, Monitoring II memperkuat pemahaman pemilihan makanan melalui diskusi berbasis flashcard, dan Monitoring III menjadi evaluasi akhir sekaligus posttest. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan lansia setelah mengikuti rangkaian edukasi interaktif dan monitoring bertahap. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi interaktif disertai monitoring bertahap dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia tentang hipertensi.
